Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing the extreme C-terminal of rat NF-M, expressed in E. coli. Epitope: localized to within the last 56aa at the extreme C-terminal of rat NF-M, the so-called KE segment which is highly conserved between NF-M molecules from different species.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
