CD38 is a novel multifunctional ectoenzyme widely expressed in cells and tissues especially in leukocytes. CD38 also functions in cell adhesion,signal transduction and calcium signaling.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
CD38 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 253~283 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CD38.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by saturated ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
