The protein encoded by this gene is found in the cytoplasm, where it catalyzes the transfer of phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylcholine between membranes.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

PITPNB antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 225-254 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PITPNB.
