Phosphatidylserine receptor that enhances the engulfment of apoptotic cells. Involved in regulating T-cell proliferation and lymphotoxin signaling. Ligand for HAVCR1/TIMD1 (By similarity).

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

TIMD4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 333-361 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TIMD4.
