BET, UNQ262/PRO299, Delta and Notch-like Epidermal Growth Factor-related Receptor
DNER is an activator of the Notch1 pathway. It mediates neuron-glia interaction during astrocytogenesis.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:2000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL; suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk; suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recombinant protein corresponding to human DNER (ectodomain).

Supplied as a liquid in 0.2um-filtered PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human DNER (ED). Detects a band of ~98kD by Western blot.
