NME6 plays a major role in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates other than ATP. It is an inhibitor of p53-induced apoptosis. NME6 is expressed at a moderately low level in many tissues, most abundantly in kidney, prostate, ovary, intestine, and spleen.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Full-length recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-194 from NME6 (AAH01808) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
