Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

139849A: Suppled as a recombinant protein (aa34-193) in loading buffer (100mM Tris, pH 6.8, 1% SDS, 150mM sodium chloride, 0.02% BPB, 50mM DTT, 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol). DAB: 10ul/well ECL: 5ul/well Store at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to Phe34-Ala193 from porcine GCSF with N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.05% Proclin-300, 50% glycerol.
