Chromobindin-9
Annexin I, also known as Annexin A1, belongs to the annexin family of calcium dependent phospholipid binding proteins.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1.0-2.0ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Formalin): 1.0-2.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa316-332, QKMYGISLCQAILDETK to C-terminus of human Annexin I.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 5% BSA, 0.05% Thimerosal, 0.05% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile dH20.

Purified by affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human Annexin I. Species Crossreactivity: rat, mouse.
