This gene encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. The function of this gene has not yet been determined.

Applications

Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution

ELISA: 1:8000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 3.75ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide corresponding to FCGDYVQGTIFPAPN from the N-terminal of human ANXA10.
