Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoelectrophoresis, Single Radial Immunodiffusion and Inhibition. Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Ascorbate oxidase isolated and purified from cucurbita species

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.

Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and Ion Exchange chromatography.

Recognizes Ascorbate Oxidase.
