NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Guinea pig splenic dendritic cells.

Supplied as a liquid in 0.2M Tris/HCl, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.

Supernatant

Recognizes a target expressed on the surface of mantle zone B cells in the lymph node and on follicular dendritic cells. Recognizes ~30% of lymph node lymphocytes and 50% of Ig positive cells although it does not recognize immunoglobulin. Does not recognize T cells or thymocytes but is expressed on kidney epithelia cells and some macrophages.
