This Bombesin antibody can be used for the study of endocrine differentiation in tumors of the respiratory tract.
Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 1:50 using the ABC method. Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Gut (peripheral nerves), fetal lung.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to frog bombesin conjugated to bovine Thyroglobulin. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasm

Specificity
Recognizes frog bombesin. Species Crossreactivity: human, rat and mouse
