Description
Brucella Broth is a prepared medium for the cultivation of Brucella sp. from clinical and dairy products. With the addition of blood and menadione, Brucella Broth can be used to cultivate anaerobic bacteria. Cultivation of Brucella sp. requires CO2 enriched

Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4°C and used within a short period of time.

Directions
Mix 28.0g per liter of ddH2O until evenly dispersed. Heat with stirring if necessary to dissolve completely. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15 minutes at 121ºC (15psi).
