CCDC6 (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 6) was identified due to its frequent rearrangement with RET in papillary thyroid tumors (RET/PTC1). CCDC6 may function in the (ataxia telangectasia mutated) ATM-mediated cellular response to DNA damage.

Applications

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

CCDC6 (NP_005427, 375-475aa) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
