CD57 is a 110kD antigen present on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subset (primarily large granular lymphocytes). Also found on cells in neuroectodermal tissue.

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:5 Should be fixed with acetone for 5 minutes at -20°C. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:5 Should be fixed with buffered formaldehyde without pretreatment. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
