Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Immunohistochemistry: Fixed cells or tissues. Flow Cytometry: 5x10e5 cultured Jurkat human tumor cells were washed and incubated 45 min on ice with 80ul of anti-CD57 antibody at 5ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC; after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells

Supplied as a liquid in 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 100mM potassium chloride, 150mM sodium chloride.

Purified by size exclusion chromatography.

Recognizes human CD57.
