Applications
Flow Cytometry: Neat Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
CD79 alpha/CD79 beta heterodimer purified from WEH1231 B cells.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse CD79 beta, which is expressed by B cells as part of the B cell receptor complex (immunoglobulin and the CD79 alpha/beta heterodimer).mouse CD79 beta is expressed at the cell surface of pro-B cells prior to surface immunoglobulin and is expressed throughout B cell differentiation. CD79 beta is a B cell specific marker, valuable for the detection of B cells at all maturation stages.
