6X Loading Dye Solution L3350-01: (Included) Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF, 0.15% orange G, 60mM EDTA, 60% glycerol.
Quality Control
Well-defined bands are formed during agarose gel electrophoresis. The absence of nucleases is confirmed by a direct nuclease activity assay.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
