ETV4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to the enhancer of the adenovirus E1A gene; the core-binding sequence is 5'[AC]GGA[AT]GT-3'.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Indirect Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
ELISA: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50- 1:100 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10- 1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of amino acids within aa426-455 from the C-terminal region of human ETV4.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Specificity
Recognizes human ETV4. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.
