Applications

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution

ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.03-0.1ug/ml, observed in human testis, thyroid and tonsil lysates on ~55-60kD double band Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-STNSDDVRDEKVK, from human G6PD, at the internal region of the protein (NP_000393.4, NP_001035810.1).
