Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in human duodenum and human testes lysates on ~90kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-DAATEQKRHLEEKQ, from human OSBPL10, at the internal region of the protein (NP_060254.2).

Specificity
Recognizes human OSBPL10. Species sequence homology: Canine, mouse and rat.
