DNA polymerase lambda (pol lambda) is a DNA polymerase involved in base excision repair (BER). Pol lambda possesses terminal transferase and 5'-deoxyribose-5-phosphate lyase activity. These activities have been found to be coordinated by PCNA and replication protein A

Applications

Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution

ELISA: 1:32,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-LGLPYREPAERDW, from human POLL, at C-terminal (NP_037406.1).
