PRAM-1 is a 97kD adaptor protein, which is expressed and regulated during normal human myelopoiesis.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:8000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, Jurkat cell lysates observed on ~90-100kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to DFCDPLENQPLPLGR, from human PRAM1, at C-terminal (NP_115528.3).

Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human PRAM1. Species sequence homology: porcine.
