Dissolve 5.6 grams of Part A in 800-900ml of seawater stirring gently with heating until completely solubilized. Dissolve 7.9 grams of Part B in 800-900ml of ddH2O stirring gently with heating until completely solubilized. Add additional water to bring Part B to 1L. Take 1ml of Part B Solution and add to Part A Solution. Add additional water to Part A Solution to bring to 1L. Adjust to a final pH of 7.0. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15 minutes at 121ºC (15psi).

Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept refrigerated and used within a short period of time.
