E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a positive regulator of T-cell activation. E3 ligase proteins mediate ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:8000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-RSLLEYVNHSNTT, from RNF125, at C-terminal (NP_060301.2).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes RNF125. Species sequence homology: Bovine, canine, human, mouse, porcine and rat.
