Western Blot: 1:1600 Immunocytochemistry: 1:800 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 10mg/ml BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

rRecognizes TGF alpha (Human), TGF alpha (rat), and EGF (human). Does not react to EGF (mouse), Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (human), ACTH (human, 1-39), Calcitonin (human), PTH (bovine, 1-84), Somatostatin and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide.
