Transglutaminases are a family of structurally and functionally related enzymes that stabilize protein assemblies through the formation of gamma glutamyl epsilon lysine crosslinks. They all have the same aa sequence at their active sites and their activity is calcium dependent.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
