Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.

Immunofluorescence: Indirect Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Uricase is isolated and purified from porcine liver.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. No preservatives added. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
