ALS2CL acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rab5 GTPase. Regulates the ALS2-mediated endosome dynamics.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

ALS2CL antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 348-377 amino acids from the Central region of human ALS2CL.
