PARK2; PRKN; PRKN2; Parkinson disease protein 2; Parkinson juvenile disease protein 2; ubiquitin E3 ligase PRKN
The Parkin Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor Parkin protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of Parkin in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on Parkin.
Sensitivity
>5000cells/well
